Me and my mum ordered a sewing machine over the phone with Sham on Wednesday. By Saturday the machine was personally delivered to us by Sham, with a thorough demonstration of how to use the machine. From the initial phone call to the delivery, Sham was nothing but friendly and helpful. He really took the time to explain all the functions of the machine and patiently answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable with using the machine and did everything at our pace. In prepation for my daughter going on to study fashion, I wanted to buy her a suitable sewing machine that will be right for her for many years to come. I tried researching online, but with so many models and features it was difficult to work out which was best. I asked my mother in law, a keen dress maker, and she recommended SM Sewing Machines. We made a visit to his unit, and discussed our needs, he was very patient, listened to what we wanted to acheive and made some recommendations based on our requirements. He didn't rush us, or push us into making a decision. After careful considering, we settled on the machine that was right for us, Sham offered an hour's tutorial when we picked it up free of charge. It was brilliant, he took us through every feature of the machine and made sure my daughter knew how to complete all the important tasks. Two days ago sham came to my studio and did full service to my industrial sewing machine. He did a fantastic job. More over he explained me how to handle the machine in future and thought me few valuable tips and also he came half and hour earlier and he didn’t rush to finish his work. AMAZING service 🤩 Sham Mehta is very pleasant and professional.
My 40 year old Singer sewing machine was decided unwell. I was extremely sad that I would have to discard it and in doing so, add to the plastic problems that the world is facing today.

Fortunately, Sham also believes in UPCYCLING and he diagnosed the machine with many problems which he fixed all within the price he quoted, which was very reasonable.

He went over and beyond what was necessary to ensure that the machine worked perfectly.  He fixed my machine within a very short time.  It now has a new lease of life and I am very grateful.

Sham has a young lady called Amita, who is also very  pleasant, extremely helpful and reassuring.

I would recommend SM Sewings Ltd whole heartedly
